1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Al Manar Clean via telephone, WhatsApp, online booking, or on-site consultation, the client agrees to be bound by the terms, service conditions, and warranty policies outlined herein.
2. Nature of Services & Pricing
Al Manar Clean provides specialized residential and commercial deep cleaning alongside targeted pest control. Quotations provided over telephone or WhatsApp are based on the dimensions and descriptions provided by the client. Formal final pricing is confirmed on-site prior to work commencement to ensure total transparency.
3. Property Access & Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the service premises at the agreed schedule, including necessary electricity and water connections required for industrial extraction machinery. Any fragile items or high-value jewelry should be safely stored prior to crew arrival.
4. Safety, Warranties & Follow-Ups
All formulations used comply strictly with UAE municipal public health standards. Where warranty coverage applies (e.g. bed bug eradication or specific cockroach treatments), follow-up visits are conducted provided the client follows the recommended hygiene and exclusion instructions.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in a corporate contract, payment is due upon successful completion of the service and joint inspection with the on-site supervisor. We accept cash and bank card payments across all UAE Emirates.
